The farewell ceremony was held in the exclusive separate farewell room of Pet Cloud, with flowers and ceremonial decorations provided on site. Cats can also use the 200-square-foot reinforced sound insulationExclusive farewell area for cats.

Does the communal cremation package include a pet farewell ceremony?

Not included. The communal cremation (no ashes) package includes reception, refrigeration and cremation, but does not include a mourning room. If you wish to hold a pet farewell ceremony, please selectindividual cremation Package.

What does a pet funeral or pet funeral include?

At the Pet Cloud, a complete pet funeral generally includes receiving the body, choosing a date, temporarily placing it, farewell ceremony, cremation, sealing, and arranging an environmentally friendly flower burial or scattering of ashes according to the family's wishes. Finally, the memorial is continued with ashes storage, memorial keepsakes or garden visits.

Are there any special arrangements for the cat’s farewell ceremony?

The cat-themed farewell ceremony provides catnip/cat scratching post-themed farewell stations, natural non-toxic paw print ink pads and cat hair commemorative collection bottles, and relaxing audio specially designed for cats is played on-site.

What is the difference between individual cremation and communal cremation?

The individual cremation package includes reception, refrigeration, mourning room, cremation, ashes container and free storage for one month. The ashes will be returned to the family. The communal cremation (no ashes retained) package includes reception, refrigeration and cremation, but no ashes are retained.

Will ashes be retained in a communal cremation?

Won't. The official name of the communal cremation package is "Group Package (Ash Not Retained)", which does not retain ashes.

What kind of cremator does Pet Cloud use?

Pet Cloud Park is equipped with an environmentally friendly smokeless cremation furnace that adopts advanced environmentally friendly technology. There is also an individual cremation furnace for cats, equipped with an independent temperature control system and precise monitoring device.

How to cremate small pets such as rabbits and hamsters?

Small bones such as rabbits, hamsters, chinchillas, and birds are carefully cared for by the Pet Cloud using professional temperature-controlled cremation technology.

Will cats share a crematorium with dogs?

Won't. Pet Cloud uses an individual cremation furnace specifically for cats. It is dedicated to the furnace and does not share the furnace cavity with large dogs. It tries to keep the cat's tiny paw bones and skull as intact as possible.

How long does it take to cremate a pet?

The entire cremation process for cats takes about 30 to 45 minutes, and family members can wait in a private lounge. For the cremation and ashes collection time of other pets, please call 9124 0606 for enquiries.

How will the ashes be stored after cremation?

After individual cremation, the cans will be sealed: the Standard package comes with an environmentally friendly pet urn (Woodlands design Scatter Tube), and the Deluxe package comes with a porcelain cup (Classic Urn, other colors available).

How are pet aftercare fees calculated?

Pet parks charge fees based on pet type and weight class. Cats, dogs, chinchillas, tortoises and rabbits are divided into 11 levels from less than 5kg to 60.1kg to 70kg; hamsters are subject to additional charges; special pets such as birds, fish, lizards and snakes, please call for enquiries.

What is the minimum fee for pet aftercare?

The minimum charge in the price list is HK$700 for communal cremation of hamsters (no ashes returned). For cats, dogs, chinchillas, tortoises and white rabbits weighing less than 5kg, the communal cremation fee is HK$800, and the individual cremation fee is HK$1,400.

What is the difference between Standard and Deluxe individual cremations?

Both packages also include reception, refrigeration, mourning room, cremation and free storage for one month, and the charges listed in the price list are the same. The difference lies in the urn container: Standard is equipped with an environmentally friendly pet urn, and Deluxe is equipped with a porcelain cup.

How much does it cost to cremate a dog or cat 5kg or less?

What does "free storage for one month" mean?

What is an environmentally friendly flower burial?

Environmentally friendly flower burial is to bury the ashes in a memorial garden in a biodegradable urn, allowing the ashes to naturally blend into the soil, and using flowers to continue the life mark of the beloved pet. It is an option for a green death.

What flower burial packages are available at Memorial Gardens?

The basic flower burial package includes a recycled paper pulp urn, flower planting, garden burial and commemorative plaque; the honorary flower burial package includes a natural clay urn (engraved), designated flower plants, exclusive flower garden area and annual regular reports; the ashes scattering service includes the owner's personal scattering of ashes, the company of professional consultants and a commemorative ceremony.

What materials are biodegradable urns made of?

The recycled paper pulp urn is pressed with 100% recycled paper pulp and will naturally decompose in the soil in about 3 to 6 months; the natural clay urn is fired from unglazed natural clay, and the decomposition cycle is about 1 to 2 years. It can be equipped with engraving services.
