What to do after your pet dies? Please do these three steps first
If your beloved pet has just passed away, please refer to the following three emergency steps before calling to arrange the service process. In your saddest moments, take a deep breath. The following three steps will help you take good care of your beloved pet until our special car arrives.
Step 2 · Keep dry and cool
Place your beloved pet in a cool and ventilated place. You can place an ice pack or turn on the air conditioner nearby to keep the environment dry and cool.
Step 3 · Contact private car transfer
Call our 24-hour emergency hotline and inform us of your address and situation, and a dedicated car will arrange pick-up and drop-off at your home as soon as possible.

Collection by our dedicated team
Call the 24-hour pet collection hotline 9124 0606, inform the address and situation, and a dedicated car will come to your home as soon as possible to receive the beloved pet. All three cremation packages include pick up. For details, please refer to Pick-up and delivery instructions.
Arrange a date
After receiving the beloved pet, the family can discuss with the Pet Cloud a date for the pet's farewell ceremony and cremation, so that the family has time to get together and prepare to say goodbye properly.
Temporary refrigerated care
While waiting for farewell, the beloved pet will be temporarily stored in the refrigerated facilities of the Pet Cloud. All three cremation packages include Freeze.

A pet farewell ceremony will be held in an exclusive separate farewell room, with flowers and ceremony decorations provided on site. individual cremation Standard and Deluxe packages include a memorial room; cats have separate 200 sq. ft. Cremation
Individual cremation or communal cremation (no ashes returned) according to the selected package. The park is equipped with an environmentally friendly smokeless cremator; rabbits, hamsters, chinchillas, birds and other small bones are cremated using professional temperature controls; cats use a dedicated independent cremator, which takes about 30 to 45 minutes. Place the ashes in an urn
After individual cremation, the ashes are properly sealed: the Standard package comes with Woodlands eco-friendly pet urn, and the Deluxe package comes with Classic Urn (other colors are available), and is stored for one month free of charge. Also available Brass or wooden urn, wooden style engraving takes about two weeks.
Environmentally friendly flower burial/ash scattering
If the family chooses, they can Memorial Garden Arrange a basic flower burial package, a distinguished flower burial package, or spread the ashes yourself, use biodegradable ashes altars such as recycled paper pulp urns or natural clay urns, and have an exclusive consultant accompany you throughout the process.
Remembrance
Keep your memory alive with a place for ashes, a pet memorial, a memorial keepsake, or a visit to the memorial garden. The Memorial Garden is open to family members throughout the year and features a meditation walkway, seating and seasonal flower display areas.
