The time of death of a beloved pet is unpredictable. Pet Cloud has a 24-hour pet collection hotline line 9124 0606, answered by real people around the clock. After calling to inform the address and situation, a dedicated car will arrange pick-up and drop-off at your home as soon as possible.
Arrangements after receipt
After the beloved pet arrives at the Pet Cloud, it will be temporarily stored in a refrigerated facility. The family can discuss the pet's farewell ceremony and cremation date with us. This is Pet aftercare service process The steps of "Specialist to receive the body", "Selecting a date" and "Temporary placement" are included in the process.

The three packages of individual cremation Standard, individual cremation Deluxe and communal cremation (no ash left) all include pick up and refrigeration (Freeze). Please call to confirm the receiving address arrangement.

Step 2 · Keep dry and cool
Place your beloved pet in a cool and ventilated place. You can place an ice pack or turn on the air conditioner nearby to keep the environment dry and cool.
Step 3 · Contact private car transfer
Call the 24-hour emergency hotline, inform the address and situation, and a dedicated car will arrange pick-up and drop-off at your home as soon as possible.

Free storage of ashes for one month
Both the Standard and Deluxe packages for individual cremation include free storage for one month, allowing the family time to decide whether to take the cremation home, store it or bury it with flowers. Please call us for arrangements after the storage period.
The engraved urn takes about two weeks
